Marfy 1931 - The flippy skirt

Here is a picture of the flippy skirt. Its being entered in the Pattern Review Mini Wardrobe contest (I will put the composite for that up here soon). The review on Pattern Review will follow shortly.

I really like the way this has turned out and will definitely want to make this pattern up again. It really is incredibly flippy and I love the way it fits. Due to the huge number of seams, it is very easy to alter, though accuracy is of the utmost importance when constructing it, because the tiniest deviation from the proper course when driving the sewing machine can lead to a cumulative effect of making it either too large or too small for the same reason.
