Well, thing is, this pattern is a bit of a mongrel (or a designer puppy depending on your viewpoint and whether you want to give it a silly name) so I can't really say what the pattern is. It has elements of Marfy, Burda, and hand drafted patterns in there. The pattern is drafted to allow both waistband and faced waist applications, and there is an optional yoke for the back (not used) and an optional fly, which I did use. This is just pinned to the centre front line when needed and the pants cut out that way. There is also a choice of wide or narrow legs and I've used the narrow here.

The fabric is black RPL from Rosenbergs and the trousers are unlined as the fabric is reasonably thick and has a heavy drape. I wanted to keep the comfortable feeling of the stretch fabric so wasn't keen on putting in a lining for this reason. The fabric unfortunately seems to pick up stray lint and fluff rather badly which isn't an ideal attribute for anyone's black garment's but is particularly trying in close proximity to a light coloured, moulting dog.
In any event, these should prove a very useful pair of trousers for work, and once I find a new job I will at least have something new to wear in my first week.

Very smart new trousers! Should work well for many seasons and be easy to dress up or down depending on the dress code at the new place.
Nice fit!
