Anyway, if it does go ahead, the SWAP will be called "I can see the sea"... because it is mainly blue and turquoise.
It will consist of three capsules, and two wild cards as per the rules.
This is of one of my wildcards. I can have one item purchased and one previously started/made. So this is my previously started item. Cast on last weekend and coming along quite well so far.
My second wildcard is not completely decided yet, but I am considering knitting a long navy cardigan or making an over sweater/tunic or similar from some lovely wool mix knit yardage that I got in a scrap box from Emma One Sock. I have very little of it and have not yet worked out a way to cut what I want from it. The other wildcard option I have is possibly socks if they were allowed as I have the most fabulous sock wool that would work wonderfully with the colours of the SWAP. Sadly shawls aren't admissable... I have wonderful shawl yarn this colour too. :) I daresay the shawl will happen too, just not submitted as part of the SWAP.
The first capsule will be jacket, silk blouse and skirt and will be suitable for wearing to meetings. The photos have come out appallingly even though I've tried twice to get decent ones. I think my camera is ill. This is, from top to bottom: silk satin blouseweight, boiled wool, and the bit at the bottom is actually a plaid stretch and its purple with a blue/green cast to it. The jacket will be Trudy Jansen's European knit jacket, the blouse will be my fitted Marfy one, and the skirt pattern is currently undecided.
The second capsule will be a white shirt, a print knit top, and a navy twill skirt (if there is enough fabric for this) and is for working from home. The print for the top is onionskin knit from Emma One Sock. Pattern hasn't been decided yet but I might do a muslin of my latest Marfy top and see if I can get that to fit. The white is a stretch satin from Rosenbergs, and will be another Marfy blouse. The navy is left overs from a dress mum made for herself. This is the only one I'm not sure I have enough of and I might have to break my self imposed promise to sew from stash and buy a length of twill. Again, not decided on the skirt pattern yet.
The third capsule will be a knit top, a hooded fleece jacket and a pair of denim jeans for wearing at weekends. The fabric at the top is a cheap stretch poly from Abhakan, the denim is from Leeds Market, and the fleece, at the bottom, is an Ex-Nike fabric from Rosenbergs. Knit top pattern yet to be decided, jeans will be Jalie TNT, and fleece, the new Marfy TNT.
The plan consists entirely of garments I was already intending to make, so it should be a very useable SWAP as nothing is being made just to meet the SWAP rules.
I have a wide choice of skirt patterns though am likely to pick from my four favourites; three Marfy and one Vogue. The knit tops will be the new Marfy cross over pattern if I can get it to work. I have a couple of options I can trial if that one doesn't work out. I need some new PJ's so I'll probably trial the tops in PJ fabric and kill two birds with one stone.

Sounds great, and I am pretty sure that socks won't be allowed, though you can ask on the rules thread and see.
